I had to call the store to ask where my food was an hour after placing the order, to find out my food was sitting in the cold for half an hour because no one notified me.

It’s been a while since we’ve ordered here — they don’t take cash for orders over $25, which is the delivery minimum. Not that they take it for pickup orders over $25 either. And we rarely use cards for food, cash tips are for the benefit of the delivery drivers. But our pizza looked like they used it as a frisbee, or more than likely dropped it. So it’ll probably be a long while before we order again.
