My daughter asked for one of her sides on her kids meal to be steak. No one told me they would charge me more for the entire kids meal for the “extra steak.” As you can see from the picture, the extra steak wasn’t very extra. They also asked my 9 year old what she wanted to drink, and didn’t tell her the poppi she picked would be an extra $3.20. The steak was also undercooked. When I called them out for the overcharge she said, “you got queso and guac on everything.” To which I replied “no I did not.” They then went to look through the order(still didn’t tell me about the overcharges), and charged me the same amount. I attached the receipt along with a picture of the “extra steak” for reference. I would say you definitely don’t want to order multiple things here. Maybe one think at a time if you really keep an eye on the uncharges.
