However, I’m deducting 2 stars due to a experienced safety issue: Two days after a recent winter snowstorm, the north-side sidewalk from the customer parking lot (including the only handicap spot) hadn’t been shoveled or treated at all. It was a straight frozen ice ravine—dangerous for anyone, especially those with mobility needs 🧊

I have no idea why I’ve tried multiple times at this location thinking I’d have a different outcome, but every time they screw up my order. They add things that I don’t want on burritos, they forget things, they put stuff on the side when I ask for it on the burrito or bowl. Idk man. This place is always just a disappointment filled with people who can’t follow basic instructions. I blame myself tho. I keep having hope that something will change and it never does. I feel duped.
