- KKKyle KimberlinNov 4, 20251.0I haven't been to this location in a year or two because it is usually an awful experience compared to other Baskin Robbins I've been to but this one is closest to my home. I used the app to order five items for my family because we were interested in the new flavor of the month. Three of the five orders included the flavor of the month and when I got home from picking up the order we thought we had the wrong order given to us. I drove back to the store to be told that they did not have the flavor of the month so the store manager told the person working to just give us something else. We got random ice cream. I was never told this when I picked up the order. I was left to figure this out on my own. Then they told me I could not get a refund. I asked to talk to the manager, who was not present, and was told that I could call but they would not. So I called the manager on my phone and explained what happened. She thought it was OK. I demanded a refund and finally got it. I feel like this was an SNL skit. Insane service. They could have just told me when I came to pick it up and let me pick out flavors we actually wanted. Unbelievable really. I would avoid this store.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
