I used the app to order five items for my family because we were interested in the new flavor of the month. Three of the five orders included the flavor of the month and when I got home from picking up the order we thought we had the wrong order given to us. I drove back to the store to be told that they did not have the flavor of the month so the store manager told the person working to just give us something else. We got random ice cream. I was never told this when I picked up the order. I was left to figure this out on my own. Then they told me I could not get a refund. I asked to talk to the manager, who was not present, and was told that I could call but they would not. So I called the manager on my phone and explained what happened. She thought it was OK. I demanded a refund and finally got it. I feel like this was an SNL skit. Insane service. They could have just told me when I came to pick it up and let me pick out flavors we actually wanted. Unbelievable really. I would avoid this store.
