From the moment we walked in he welcomed us and then we followed him to the register where he was very helpful with assisting us with the menu. He gave us his own recommendations and helped us figure out what he wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will be coming back

After the 2nd lady left the line to wait she had left the tip screen up, my boyfriend and I watched the employee click the highest tip amount. She even made eye contact with us before she forced this young woman to tip, it is completely unacceptable and I'd consider it stealing. I am a person who believes service workers should be paid more and I always tip here myself but to watch an employee wait for a customer to walk away and click the highest tip amount. It did not look like a mistake because the no tip option was on the other side of the screen, she intentionally gave herself a tip when it was not approved of from the customer. As someone who has experience in being a GM, this is absolutely unacceptable and should be taken care of immediately. I understand wanting a tip but taking it from an unknowning customer is plain wrong. On top of that, we had to go back in because our order was wrong. Definitely going to go back in to speak to a manager.
