  Waited 40 minutes to pickup my order and they didnt even realize they had my order when I went to ask, they are absolutely clueless in here and need real training

  UPDATE: After reading my review, they did add $15 to my rewards account, which doesn’t cover the cost of the bagels that were both horrible, but it is something. It doesn’t necessarily resolve the issue, but at least they heard me and took time to respond. Someday I might go there again and hope that they’ve actually improved. My husband and I have enjoyed treating ourselves to this Einstein Bagels as a special breakfast for years now. It is a hit and miss location. Today was very bad though and I don’t believe I will be going back. I ordered the Nova Lox, like I always do, and today it was the most pathetic, disappointing bagel I’ve ever gotten (will include pictures).The cream cheese hardly covered the whole bagel, I got two very thin slices of onion, and the salmon was so pathetic that I’m upset I paid any money for this. I asked for the bagel to be toasted as well and it wasn’t at all. It seems like they did manage to dump an entire bottle of capers on the bagel; the only thing they were generous with. My husband ordered the new hot honey bagel, and his bagel also had a minimal amount of spread. I feel as if we way over paid for food because of how awful they were today. I really hope they can find some consistency in this store because we would love to continue going there, but I’m just throwing money away at this point.

  My goodness this bagel shop has been my go to food spot for 6 years!!!!! Now, I sadly will say I’ll never return. I’ve enjoyed the past staff especially for the last year now, Well this business is under new management. I wasn’t treated as a loyal customer by the general manager Clint. He was rude, self entitled, and apartments two faced. I accepted the rude bite and would have left without bad emotion. While, I was waiting in my food I experienced the “GM” verbally abuse a staff member, after he walked away the gm proceeded to talk crap about that poor boy. Enough said be cautious at this location. -Ashley

  This location has been on the up recently. All new staff it looks like and we have had very friendly and fast service. This spot was a little rocky for a while but the last few months we have been going back more and more.
