  I come here every Saturday morning at 10 AM because my kid goes to gymnastics across the street. Every single time I try to order through the drive-through they make me repeat myself 2 to 3 times. My order is always wrong and they always miss at least one item. It seems like no one knows how to do their job at this place.

  Ordered a latte... got chocolate milk. Whats a Coffee without the coffee part of things? Especially for the price to only get chocolate milk disguised as a latte? The worker also tried to send me away from the window with only my wanna-be coffee for $20 and wasnt going to give me my food .... and the food was still all wrong. I paid more for a special sandwich and got 2 of the cheaper sandwiches. Not only did I pay way too much for what I got i didnt even get any of the correct things aside from hashbrowns I dont go to dunkin often and this was a "Second chance" moment that justified reminded me why I dont go to dunkin.

  Don’t do mobile orders here, they don’t make it till you get there. I did a mobile order with a refresher, glazed donuts, and a bagel and waited 18 mins for my order from when I placed it and the place had 2 people in it when I got there. My Mobile order would’ve got there before them and they didn’t work on it. The drink was good, mediocre donuts better at Safeway.

  The donughts are not as well made as they were when the store first opened. They looked slapped together and the quality is definitely not there. One of the pictures in this post is supposed to be jelly filled.
