- AHaloren HMar 20, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a large pizza with extra sauce and, immediately after placing the order on the app, I called the store to add an additional request—just to be safe—because the last THREE times my pizza has been skimped on sauce and poorly made. I made the extra effort to avoid this exact issue. Unfortunately, after getting home from my son’s game without having eaten all evening, the pizza still wasn’t made the way we requested. It was once again lacking sauce and overall underwhelming. My son ended up eating two pieces anyway because he was too hungry to wait for a replacement pizza. I called the store and explained that I had called ahead specifically to prevent this and that this has now happened multiple times. The lady I was talking to was very unprofessional, she showed no urgency, no concern, and didn’t acknowledge the repeated issue. There was even a long pause during the call where I thought she had hung up on me. She never apologized—she simply offered a remake or a credit. The entire interaction felt dismissive and lacked basic customer service. When I went to pick up the replacement pizza, it was made perfectly with the extra sauce. That only made things more frustrating—because it proves the order could have been done correctly the first time without me having to waste additional time, energy, and gas. We usually only order from Domino’s, and it used to be consistently good. However, since around the summer, both the quality and customer service have noticeably declined. I’m not sure if there’s been a staffing change, but something has clearly shifted. It’s frustrating because this is the only convenient pizza option nearby, and all I’m asking for is a correctly made order and basic customer service.

It’s like a hit or a miss sometimes the bring it fresh then there’s times when it’s not. I just want what I paid for freshly made food. Just look at the picture this ain’t fresh and I got it delivery I don’t understand how the food check took 20 minutes and I live across the street. I honestly should have just picked it up
