    I normally have wonderful experiences with this location, and Domino’s is the only pizza we order, which is why this situation was so disappointing. I placed an order at **11:30 AM**, and the delivery tracker stopped updating midway through the process. After waiting quite a while, I called the store and was told the driver was on the way. **More than 90 minutes later, the order still had not arrived.** When I called back, Jeff initially offered to cancel and void the order. Shortly after, he texted me the receipt, then later changed the explanation and claimed the driver had already delivered it, knocked several times, and left it at my apartment door. This was simply not accurate. I had my front door open the entire time so I could clearly hear when the driver arrived, and no one ever came to my apartment. The driver later called insisting she had already left it at my door, which again was untrue. When I questioned this, she argued with me briefly and then hung up. The most upsetting part of the experience was my follow-up call with Jeff. He told me that my **$34 order was not important enough to him because he had already made over $1,000 that day and did not have time to argue about it.** That kind of response is unacceptable. Every customer order matters, regardless of the dollar amount, and no one should be made to feel dismissed or unimportant for raising a legitimate concern. Jeff did eventually mention that his computer system was down and offered to send replacement food at no charge, but by that point the lack of professionalism, conflicting explanations, and dismissive attitude had already left a very negative impression. I truly hope management addresses how situations like this are handled, because loyal customers deserve better communication and respect.

    Abel greeted me as I told him about my order. I asked him if I could have it well-done and it came out as expected. We chatted about their cheeseburger pizza I still crave to this day, and our favorite pizza toppings. Good experience

    This location’s management is HORRIBLE. I had been told by the manager that I received a credit last week for a delivery order that I never received. I tried to use the credit tonight, only to find out that I was expected to pay AGAIN for one of the items, the tip, and the delivery fee - all of which I already paid for items and service that I never received. All I wanted was to receive the EXACT same order that I had already paid for and never received. The manager told me that the manager who gave the credit only put a partial credit on, and that manager doesn’t work there anymore. He said he could clearly see what I had ordered, what I had paid, and that I never received a refund nor the items, but there was “nothing he could do” which I know for a fact is incorrect. I was not asking for a large amount - it was a $16 difference! I will say that both times, the employees who answered the phone were very kind. I know Domino’s doesn’t care, but I will NEVER order here again.
