  Owner keeps letting go of all the employees that were good at her location. She lied and said she did it to combine her other store with this store due to the I the store shutting down due to construction. The so called re model will not be happening for another year. So the owner Is a liar and has fired tons of employees also lying to them saying she can't afford that many staff due to not enough buissness. Mean while hiring over 20 new people to work nights. Who have zero customer service skills. Had to wait 30 mins for fresh fries after being served something that sat out cold for who knows how long. They said they had to ask someone to see if they could have it remade. It theres a problem you fix it. you need ask a customer to wait 30 plus minutes. We have gone to this location for years but due to this owner being a liar and firing employees that actually were good and followed chick fli a standards. We no longer come here. The reason your no longer busy is because you have cut off all your staff who knew the customers by name. They also never mixed up orders. I've shown up 5 diffrent times with you guys making us wait 30 to 40 mins to remake food because they don't ask customers their names before handing over food. So my food will be given to the wrong people. We by the way have spent over 200 if not more ever 2 weeks at your location so its a huge loss for you.

  I wrote a review before about a previous employee Venus. She was great. And I had five stars to offer. But I learned today that a tip that I brought in specifically for Venus was not given to her, and I’ve just been trying to write a review without coming off as too rude. I just find it very deplorable. I came in asking about her and I get that they can’t give me information about her but when I asked about being able to give a tip? They should have told me that she couldn’t receive it. Instead, they took the $100 I intended for her and kept it for themselves. I ran Into Venus and she obviously had no idea what I was referring to, informing me that she hadn’t been working for several weeks. It’s a shame to whoever that young woman was that took the money from her.

  Always good service here. The staff is friendly, the line moves fast, and my order is always right. You can tell they actually care about customer service. One of the few places that’s consistently good every time I stop by.

  Disappointing customer service! Disappointing food! Asked for help and support from floor leader Morgan and was told there was nothing she could do. Waited eight minutes in mobile through for cold food. Gross! Stop somewhere else for breakfast.
