- EJEdward Antrobus Jr6 days ago3.0I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, 1 hashbrown & a large hot chocolate. She never entered the hashbrown so I wasn't charged & didn't get it. She put the sticker that said hot chocolate on a large cup & filled it with black coffee. In mostly DD's, the sandwiches are too hot to eat when you get them. These were barely warm. THAT is not the workers fault. Either the convection oven isn't getting hot enough, or the time was wrong. Also, the hot chocolate that I eventually got, was also only warm. Disappointed.

The only other two customers that came in the store left because they weren’t acknowledged at the register.

Finally got to the window and still had to wait 5 more minutes, cashier passed me the bag and struggled deciding which drinks were mine, then asked me if she forgot anything. I was running late by this point so didn't double check. No straws, missing food, and all of the food was cold. Several people backed out of the drive thru after waiting for so long. Get a more efficient system, a total waste of $50.
