  I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, 1 hashbrown & a large hot chocolate. She never entered the hashbrown so I wasn't charged & didn't get it. She put the sticker that said hot chocolate on a large cup & filled it with black coffee. In mostly DD's, the sandwiches are too hot to eat when you get them. These were barely warm. THAT is not the workers fault. Either the convection oven isn't getting hot enough, or the time was wrong. Also, the hot chocolate that I eventually got, was also only warm. Disappointed.

  Made us a terrible drink it didn't taste right! I gave it back, told them sorry it don't taste right you can keep the money we'll just take a regular coffee and she gave me a horrible look aggressively took the drink back and said that was a waste of her time, very rude.

  Terrible service. 20 minutes for 2 bagel bites and a medium iced coffee and it wasn’t busy. Wouldn’t acknowledge I was there to ask if they forgot about my food. The only other two customers that came in the store left because they weren’t acknowledged at the register.

  Over 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting with only one vehicle ahead of me. Finally got to the window and still had to wait 5 more minutes, cashier passed me the bag and struggled deciding which drinks were mine, then asked me if she forgot anything. I was running late by this point so didn't double check. No straws, missing food, and all of the food was cold. Several people backed out of the drive thru after waiting for so long. Get a more efficient system, a total waste of $50.
