  I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, 1 hashbrown & a large hot chocolate. She never entered the hashbrown so I wasn't charged & didn't get it. She put the sticker that said hot chocolate on a large cup & filled it with black coffee. In mostly DD's, the sandwiches are too hot to eat when you get them. These were barely warm. THAT is not the workers fault. Either the convection oven isn't getting hot enough, or the time was wrong. Also, the hot chocolate that I eventually got, was also only warm. Disappointed.

  Made us a terrible drink it didn't taste right! I gave it back, told them sorry it don't taste right you can keep the money we'll just take a regular coffee and she gave me a horrible look aggressively took the drink back and said that was a waste of her time, very rude.

  This place has great coffee when you can get it .. it saddens me that the manager leaves someone not trained to handle to counter... i feel this place needs new management and a whole new TEAM .. WILLING TO LEARN AND WORK HARD ..
