  I'm a regular at charlie. Me and my son. Order came out wrong but the manager charlie made sure it came out right. His exact words were your the cx and I'm going to make it right.. good attitude. Store owner or GM you are blessed to have charlie as your manager. He cares. 💯 in a world that doesn't care. Be blessed. Thank you and i will be back

  I like this TA but the service and food at CHARLIE’S (not KFC or DUNKIN) is terrible. The half fill the cheesesteaks, wipe their noses in their arms while making the food, filled a large cup of lemonade up but with BALLS off ice to the point to where 3/4 of the cup was ice, and the staff on the afternoon shift (especially the unkempt gentleman) just don’t seem like they want the job. Please find new employees for the afternoon shift because I really like stopping at this TA on my runs north and south and I’d hate to miss out on this establishment and be forced to frequent KFC or Dunkin’s rather than Charlie’s.

  Food was pretty good, and the prices where great. Didn't get ranch with the wings sadly

  Careful for the lunch rush. Took 30 minutes to get my sandwich. Other than that everything was decent. It's a franchise sandwich so not much to expect but otherwise it was filling

  Charlie AGM was running the ship today. He had great customer service and a smile on his face. It was a little busier when I stopped in around 330pm, but there was no wait at the counter. Food came out with great presentation, and not a long wait. Seemed like he had a good team working with him. I would absolutely stop in again.
