  Placed an order and was given a 20 to 30 minute delivery window. An hour later my pizza had not been delivered. I received an update saying my food was in the way. A few minutes later I received a text from the driver that he was waiting at the store. I called the store to check on my order. The call was answered by the corporate call center. I requested they cancel my order. 25 minutes later the driver showed up. I informed him that the order was canceled before he left the store. The driver left and 5 minutes later I received a text stating the order was handed to me. It was not.

  Paid for a large pizza online, drove to the store. employee told me they got my order late and they wouldnt be making it and will be refunding me. (25 mins before close is when I arrived to pick up my already paid for pizza).

  These folks do whatever it takes to make it right. My order got lost and i waited quite awhile. The manager came out, said he was refunding my money and upgraded my two mediums to two larges. I didn't need to complain or try to get refunded. Total respect for this establishment!
