  Update: went in 4/8 and spoke to Karen the manager on site, she was super nice and refunded me in the store. Went in on 4/5/26 order was messed up they gave us boneless wings instead of traditional, ok not a big deal but it’s an up charge for the traditional, the guy working said I will get that refunded ok cool, well the next day instead of a refund I was charged more, you can’t actually call the location it just goes to a call center so I came in and I’m told I can’t do anything my boss isn’t here till tomorrow.

  The worst of the worst completely messed up my 33.00 order. All I wanted was Pepperoni and cheese. Messed my wings up. Don’t understand the difference between hot and bbq . Someone with common sense needs to work here it’s not hard.

  I have picked up 100 or more deliveries for this place. I think 2 were ready on time. Do the world a favor. Don't use Door Dash

  Placed an order online and it was confirmed waited an hour and nothing had to call 3 times to get an answer when they did answer a rude employee responded with attitude saying nothing came through and that they're closed and immediately hung up if you don't want to make my food don't waste my time and give me a delivery time
