If they fail to deliver they will keep your money and your food, blame you, be rude, mock you, use obscene language, tell you to 'shut up' just to avoid admitting a mistake and providing a refund. Management acts like children. All of this because I asked for a refund for food I didn't get. Thieves. Avoid unless you love paying charities to wealthy corporations.
