  Comfy place to chill. Good food, music isn't too loud to hear conversation.

  This is second time I’ve eaten here this year and both times was surprised by the number of homeless using the restaurant to fill up drink bottles, sit in the dining room, and hang out by the entrance. As far as the food goes I ordered the same sandwich both times. First time the bagel was flattened. This time the tomato and cucumber slices were quite small (less than quarter sized) and included the woody piece where the stem attaches. As a former sandwich maker I was taught not to use the bad parts. I noticed the 2 people working there avoided eye contact and later saw them smoking cigarettes on the back stoop of the restaurant. Maybe avoid this place unless you like the unclean atmosphere.

  Ordered a single bowl of chicken noodle soup. Girl was very friendly when I came in. I then waited 10 minutes for my order next to another gentleman while watching employee John P. Stand in the back and talk after about 10 minutes he realized he had orders to make came out and Assumed my order it wasn’t the right order. I then had to correct him. He then apologized and made me and the other gentleman‘s food in a hurry. I’ve been here pretty frequently overall it’s pretty great service.

  PSA: If you are a person of color, avoid this location!! I literally went in to pick up my order from the pickup shelves and literally was 2 steps from picking my order up when this old white man stepped in front of me expecting for me to move out of his way. He proceeded to stand there refusing to move until I moved when all he had to do was say "excuse me" or simply step out of the way. He then proceeded to go around me & call me childish. I told him he looked like he was at least 65 and he needed to grow up! He was beyond disrespectful and then the associate or the manager a heavier set man with black hair proceeded to ask me if I needed help with anything I told him I was there to pick up my order that's all. He then said if I need anything to let him know. Almost saying it in a way like I was the problem when I simply had just walked in to grab my order. I will not be back to this location. Something told me beforehand that I should've just drove to the other location near Colorado Mills, simply because I haven't had good customer service at this location before, but since I live in the Lakewood area and was literally picking up my order to head home, I decided to stop in. I will never be back because of the way I was simply treated by another Panera patron because I am a black woman. He was a racist and he took it upon himself to show exactly who he was in public. The fact that no one in the restaurant came to my defense was even more disgusting.

  The food is awesome ( cinnamon crunch bagel 🥯 is the best ) the staff are really nice ☺️ such a great place ☺️
