  Extra shoutout to the excellent young woman working the late night window, Lisbeth! I hope her managers can see these reviews because she was exceptionally kind to me today and just brightened my day after having a long shift at work :) thank you! I always come after hours because I have to work until 1130pm and I never have any issues with the overnight team! They always make my food fresh and haven't gotten my order wrong yet, my wife and I have never had a problem at this location. Some lady was freaking out about an issue that the workers COULD not control, and throwing a hissyfit, making a scene, and the workers were still being so professional about it. 💯 good job yall, I think entitled people just like to complain and take it out on service workers instead of just being adults about issues if they come up 🤷‍♀️

  Since this restaurant opened not 1 time have I got fresh fries or a fresh cheese melted on my hamburger. Nuggets are under or over cooked !!! So frustrating because it's close to my house.I dont always eat out but when I do.. I expect fresh food. But this will be the last time I eat from THIS MCDONALD'S!!!! I will travel all the way to Wadsworth n Jewell where I know my food is always guaranteed fresh and cooked right.

  The Monkees 🐵🙊🙉🙈🐒that work here forgot to place one of my burgers in the bag that I ordered it's okay I'm not mad I would have done the same thing if I was worthless and useless like the people working here 😆

  Very raw meet so sad it’s a new place open and there stuff ain’t working right people Can get sick from this . They said they can replace it but husband is sick today Ad I don’t drive so I hope they make it right tomorrow the manager tonight did apologize And said she can make it right tonight, but like I said, my husband is very very sick That’s for the reason why I got delivery, but I’m hopingtomorrow when hesfeeling a little better hopefully it could be replaced.
