  Terrible location, slow and unorganized, turning customers away telling them that they don’t know if they have enough bread and they’re backed up with orders- get it together Jimmy John’s! Jimmy John’s is becoming your traditional slow poor customer service fast food chain!

  Their bread is always hard after 8PM! I have received 4 sandwiches with bread I can audibly knocked on in the past 2 months. I will not be going to this location anymore.

  I get frustrated because they don't do a good job of remembering anything extra. Last time they just gave me mustard packets - not helpful when eating while driving. I don't understand why she couldn't have just put the mustard ON the unwich. This time, they left the pickles off of my daughter's sub. Everything else is fine. I go at night, so it's largely empty. It seems clean. The people are friendly (outside of building the sub properly).
