What I received was a burger with cheese and absolutely none of the other toppings I actually asked for. So apparently my order took a hard left turn somewhere between the register and the grill. I also ordered one large Cajun fry and one large regular fry because my wife loves the fries (Cajun fry). What we got was basically one large regular fry split into two bags, which is a bold new interpretation of portion control. The real kicker: I even tipped 10% on a pickup order. That was apparently my contribution to the “Let’s See What Happens” fund. At this point it felt less like Five Guys and more like Two Lazy Guys Behind the Counter Who Couldn’t Be Bothered. I expect a little chaos with burgers and fries, but I do expect to receive the food I actually paid for. Funny story for everyone else, not as funny when it’s your $14 burger and missing fries.
- JJJFeb 24, 20263.0EVERY SINGLE TIME that I order a burger at this location, there are onions on it when I don't ask for them. EVERY TIME! I'm guessing the you have the onions right next to the lettuce, so they get dropped in with it and wind up on your burgers. It's bad enough that I've never ordered a burger with lettuce that didn't have onions and I've eaten here 5 or 6 times. Please, for the love of people with allergies, be more careful about this.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
