    Terrible place i get a delux hamburger get home nothing on it just bread and a pattie. They also demanded i paid 1.00 more then the register total of 13.18 and wanted 14.18 unsure if they just charge an extra dollar now. But worst burger I have had anyplace. Nothing but a tiny piece of meat and bread for 14.00 are you kidding me.

    I am genuinely shocked by the decline in service at this location. My best friend, who is seven months pregnant, visited today and was treated incredibly rudely by the manager, Diane. We come here often, and she did absolutely nothing wrong—she simply made a comment about the AI ordering system. Everyone knows those systems can be difficult to work with. If a manager cannot handle a harmless comment about a robot without becoming confrontational, it raises serious concerns about their suitability for a leadership role. As a General Manager of a nearby hotel, I can say without hesitation that this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Diane was leaning out of the drive‑thru window to yell at my friend. That behavior is unprofessional, inappropriate, and frankly unbelievable. I’m furious just hearing about it, and I wasn’t even there. We just celebrated her baby shower, and the last thing she needed was unnecessary stress when she was simply trying to get some food. We will be escalating this to the corporate office and expect Diane’s supervisor to contact me as soon as possible to address and resolve this matter.

    I had an encounter with the manager Diane who said she could hear me talking on my phone and how I said “oh stupid ai” jokingly and she said that if I don’t like it I can come inside because I am offending the people who work there. Very unprofessional. I even came inside to apologize because I wasn’t talking to anyone but the person I was on the phone with. I did not mean to offend anyone in the drive thru. She continued with the unprofessional behavior. I will not be coming back to this location again.

    Went through the drive-through and was greeted by a computer, AI. Very disappointed. i’d rather have a human answering my questions versus AI that doesn’t know how to answer questions. I will not be returning till they get a human being through the drive-through. It’s so frustrating to interact with computers, human intelligence is so much appreciated than artificial incompetence

    Andre was fantastic when I ordered food through the drive thru the other evening. He took the time to help me resolve the issues I was having with Wendy’s app. I can tell he is new. He is doing great with customer service and is extremely polite!
