They were as tough as leather. I was notified of the potato wedges’ availability after payment. Wings? Frozen product at a local grocery store would easily top them by 10 times at least. They also did not update the prices on the menu—charged me a whole lot more than I anticipated. They were not willing to own up to this issue at all. There was no apology or compensation of any kind. It’s very rare I have had such a terrible experience at a fast food chain. I go to one because it’s reliable, and normally I know what to expect. This place, however, was above and beyond in its mission to disappoint me.

Ramon & Alyssa are always welcoming to my son & I, delightfully say hello, always get our order correct & to us quickly. The customer service is outstanding! I live in Wheat Ridge and I drive all the way from there to Karen Green Mountain just to eat Taco Bell.

Everything tastes like it was made last week: cold, dry, and thrown together with zero care. The hard-shell tacos are always broken and falling apart, and the burritos are rolled so poorly it’s honestly ridiculous. Food handling and overall prep quality are beyond unacceptable. The dining room is dirty every single time I go, which just adds to how poorly this place is being run. And let’s not forget the drive-thru menu board that’s been held up by Home Depot fence posts for over two years. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the level of management here. At this point, it’s clear the owner has no idea how to run a restaurant. I’ll be emailing the franchise about how poorly this location is operated. Completely unacceptable….get your act together.
