This surely reflects the management - nobody else. Surely the management wasn't trained in customer retention so even how to apologize to a customer for any inconvenience.

The Mexican pizza was bad. They used old food in it. The taste was like there was rancid oil used to cook with. I ate half of it, and I felt bad for hours afterward. I would have taken the food back and ask for my money back, but I am too busy for that. I will NEVER return to this restaurant. I will likely never return to Taco Bell at all. I used to love taco bell back in the 70's and 80's. RIP Taco Bell, I will NOT miss you.

- ESEmo Doll (SHAY)Oct 26, 20251.0I live about 5 minutes away from this location and this is the second time I've ordered late night the first time the food was okay they really didn't give me any meat and I was also missing items it's about 4:00 a.m. rn I just received my food from Uber my driver was in line for about an hour I ordered a chicken strip avocado ranch burrito the lettuce was slimy the chicken was so hard I could barely bite into it it's so wild tell my driver had to wait such a long time for me to get old still hard food I also ordered the flaming hot burrito with beef and they was hardly any meat at all the funny thing about it is in the daytime the food is fresh and hot
