  Store was open and they did not want to serve us even tho the hours posted said otherwise. The door was unlocked and it aopears managment here is horrible. That is Summit subway for ya just another Epstien company

  I placed an order to pick up. I forgot to ask for extra lettuce in my order. So I walked back to the sandwich station and asked for lettuce on the side. They said no. I asked to put it in a cookie bag or to go container like the the salad container. The manager Jessica was unaccommodating, period. Awful person to encounter to be so stubborn over extra lettuce. I worked at subway for 2 years and never treated a customer like so. The owner here needs to reconsider how he or she trains its staff. Do better, I was gonna be a regular here. Just opened my sandwich and had to re edit and add a photo. This sandwich is so skinny btw. I ordered extra ranch and it was regular if any. I put my own ranch you see in this photo. This sandwich sucks. Won't be coming back. So disappointing for first experience.

  The morning Tuesday ladies were very very kind and welcoming. They make you feel like you belong and they are very nice. The only thing is that the toppings are a bit overpriced but that has nothing to do with the food and service.

  The employees are okay but they’re so quiet and hardly speak/communicate. Even then, the men’s restroom is closed, the women’s has no toilet paper, they don’t have water cups, there is no napkin dispenser anywhere, you just get one napkin per sandwich. Also months ago when they had nachos, I asked them if I could have black olives on them because another location loaded up nachos for me with EVERYTHING they had, and this location told me no!!!!! There’s no way they get paid enough to say I can’t have a small scoop of black olives. We wanted to go to a different location but they’re both temporarily closed. Please, since the other ones in the area are closed, IMPROVE THIS ONE!!! Don’t shut it down with the others.

  Date: January 24, 2926, Saturday, 1 PM Horrible customer service! There were two employees there today one female and one male. I ordered a veggie salad. They did not fill the bowl up and charged me $10. The female stated they didn't have dressings, only the vinaigrette they use on sandwiches. The veggies were in large pieces so I asked her for a plastic knife to cut them up and she rudely stated "I already gave you fork." and told me they no longer provide them. She would not cut the vegetables up for me so I had to use my fingers to tear them into pieces I could eat. I asked for a water cup and was told they no longer carry those either, no napkins with our orders nor any tea made either. Could not find a clean table. While eating in the restaurant with my husband the male employee went over to the door two tables from us and stood there holding the door wide open to do some "vaping" with the 5 degree air coming in and freezing us. We have gone to this Subway ever since they opened and always had good service! We hadn't been here in about a year due to moving further north. I'm not sure if management or ownership has changed there but we will not be back nor recommending this place to our friends!!
