I came in and told him. He literally argued with me THREE times telling me it was right … he wouldn’t back down until he looked at the menu board BEHIND HIM which clearly stated what comes on it. Why are you gaslighting customers? Especially those who seem to know the menu better than the workers.

While I waited for 40 minutes for my burger (which they prepared incorrectly), I needed to use the restroom. I nearly slipped on my way due to the overwhelming amount of grease on the tile floor near the entrance to the restroom. It made me look more closely at the overall cleanliness, and I was gobsmacked. They weren't even wiping tables between customers. Ill never eat Smahburger again. Congrats
