  I've gotten really great pizza from them before. Today was not it and now nobody will answer the phone. The pizza barely had any cheese and it was dry and hard. I ordered for a pick up at 4. Was missing 2 pizzas, had to wait a bit and it wasn't even made right 😕

  1-13-2025 at 1:38 pm.. I ordered a pizza online at 12:18 pm. I’ve been receiving notices that my Order has been picked up by a Door Dasher, rcvd numerous notices it has been picked up already. I called the store and was told by the rudest employee that she was the only one there and I just need to wait for my order. She stated my order has not left the store. I ordered at 12:18 pm it is now 1:30 pm. She would have a driver deliver my order as it has just been sitting there. The last time I ordered from this store a door dasher stole my order, so obviously I am very concerned this could happen again. The worker did not seem to take my concern as an issue. Now my delivery is now pushed out to 2pm for delivery. Close to two hours for a HOPEFUL delivery. The worker (female) was simply RUDE….. management needs to address these issues.

  I paid with card and when the girl dropped it off she didn’t knock and just put the pizza in the floor and the food was cold because it was just sitting there outside and since this girl didn’t knock no one knew the food was dropped off such a bad service in my opinion.

  I eat here weekly and it seems I have been on a downward trend. I keep getting mistakes or problems with my order. Tonight I watched my carry out order get mistakenly delivered, and returned by a delivery driver, while I waited 25 minutes for my order. I only knew what happened, because the delivery driver was somehow upset she didn't know she wasted everyone's time by not checking her delivery bag. The manager at least made me fresh pizza after I explained to him the situation. And after an hour of waiting in the lobby, I got my order and it was fresh and correct.
