  Placed an order online and it was confirmed waited an hour and nothing had to call 3 times to get an answer when they did answer a rude employee responded with attitude saying nothing came through and that they're closed and immediately hung up if you don't want to make my food don't waste my time and give me a delivery time

  Super saddened by this location. Visited on 1/14/26, had the worst service/ pizza ever. Firstly that whole night crew is terrible, we drove up and the delivery driver literally peeled in, IMO very dangerous and reckless to do so in a parking lot. My sister tried to make a joke of it and he gave her some snide remark “yeah it’s a busy night” like irritated. That threw me off. Second, they have no hygienic value, the lady who took our order -Cheyanne my Receipt says, kept digging in her mouth all I could think was please God do not let her touch our pizzas! Anyways after being a bother to these lovely people (because you could clearly tell they were upset we didn’t have a pick up and they had to take an order) we waited in the car for the pizzas. The younger gangsta looking gentleman in the back making our pizzas playing on his phone, dropped them on the counter for my sister to grab. She asked for cheese and he did not say yeah we have it, or like a single word to her just grabbed it and dropped it on the counter the same way he did the pizza. I understand being frustrated at a busy night I work retail myself that’s why it’s especially disheartening to get that kind of treatment, but I never take things out on customers or people coming to purchase a service at the place of WORK. If you don’t like your job , just quit. Anywho a waste of $30 because these were the smallest $5 flats I’ve gotten at any other Pizza Hut, they also were hard as rock it almost seemed like they were old reheated up … like ? What is going on . The whole reason I wanted to take my sister there for dinner was because I been raving about the $5 flats I been getting for lunch and we didn’t even end up eating them. I did get a pizza also so it would’ve been great if we had that but I had to throw it back in the oven when we got home because I asked for well done and the pizza was still very undercooked I hate soft pizza there should be some back bone to the crust :( . Get it together Pizza Hut

  Imagine getting the wrong order twice in one night! Literally ordered my pizza with no cheese and then called to say hey there is cheese. So they proceeded to say “we will have a new one sent in 30 minutes!” I said, “Do you even know which pizza is mine?” They said yes. Then proceeded to send the wrong pizza again and then never answered my 10 call backs! Definitely do not think these workers are competent nor care about what they are serving people! It just sucks because I can’t eat cheese so that’s why I asked for it to be remade in the first place! If you have to make any modifications this store is not very mod friendly so I recommend ordering from literally any other location! You can clearly see the two pizzas are completely different! They only thing I wanted different was no cheese as I put on my ticket! I couldn’t even tell the driver it was incorrect the second time because they send a door dasher.

  This old broad kept declining my calls and kept being rude. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION . She has no type of mannerism and is really embarrassing on the person who employed her . she needs to be fired immediately
