- ATAudrey Tackling6 days ago5.0I came in last night at 11:30ish to pick up my online order. After almost getting home I realized one of the wings were the incorrect flavor and the others looked disgusting. We went back and arrived at 11:50 and the front door was locked. Employee was blasting music and left us out in the cold for 20 mins. Their truck people that came at the same time as us had to let the employee know we were there. Even though we got a refund I didn’t want it because the store was closed. Next morning I called and spoke to the GM and he was extremely helpful and remade our order with no hesitation. The GM didn’t give us any issues and I really appreciate him.

The staff member in charge made sure to show me that my pizza was made correctly (wasn’t last time) and printed a slip for me to sign why??? My payment is all ready been process and accepted! Wife wrote a complaint about this manager doesn’t reply! I want nothing for free but I want my stuff correct! Same thing happen to my neighbor and there kid tip!!! That’s wrong!!! Do better Pizza Hut
