  The meal in the photo cost $29.00 😳 The pick two meal is advertised as $8.97 though it’s actually 8.97 for half a sandwich (4 inches) and then 8.97 for a small Mac and cheese. Absolutely not worth the price. My daughter’s kids meal was $10 for a small Mac and cheese, small apple and an orange juice. The guy working at the register stated he disliked the misleading price of the pick two and he was sorry about the issue. Good service.

  I was quite upset, came through there twice in a week both times they were out of the 4 cheese souffles.

  Staff is always friendly, service time is hit or miss. Usually pretty quick but can take over 20min even when ordering on the app. I love the menu options and being able to get something light for lunch. Their grilled cheese and tomato soup is one of my go to’s for lunch. On more than one occasion the cheese hasn’t been warmed up enough, I order ahead and pick it up on my lunch break so getting it remade would be a waste of my lunch break and a waste of food.

  This was my first time at Panera Bread. Someone gave us a “sorry your brother died” gift card, so that’s how this experience started. I ordered the Chicken BBQ sandwich (see photo). What I received honestly pissed me off. When I took a bite and opened the bread—not the sandwich, the bread—I found three tiny pieces of chicken and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. That was it. That was the entire “sandwich.” No exaggeration. And here’s what actually infuriates me: the audacity. The sheer nerve it takes for management to think this is acceptable, that customers won’t notice, or that we’ll just shrug and eat it. Life is already hard enough in Trump's Golden Age of America, food is already too expensive as it is, and then companies like this decide to nickel-and-dime people while pretending it’s normal. They charge $12 for this. I was so annoyed that I weighed the chicken. 1.5 ounces. That’s 42 grams of chicken. That’s not a meal. That’s not a sandwich. That’s a joke—and an insulting one. This isn’t inflation. This is deliberate corner-cutting paired with corporate gaslighting, betting that people won’t call it out. Pathetic. PS - the chicken you see was from both sides of the sandwich, I combined the meat onto one half so it tasted like a chicken sandwich. If I am being honest, I ended up boiling water and making pasta.
