  3:40am and they were unprepared to make food needed 20 minutes before they’d even take orders. So much for 24hrs a day

  I understand mistakes happened and life is stressful but if you can’t wave someone over when you want them to come to you some extra training is needed. I don’t appreciate being looked at like I’m stupid and given the silent treatment when a simple wave would suffice. McDonald’s employees make mistakes all day every day and I don’t treat them like they’re stupid. Mind you, the reason why we even had that interaction was because a mistake was made, and I waited patiently and considerately for the remake. That interaction was short, but it left a very negative taste in my mouth. Do better.

  New location, but worst location! Ordered my meal with a Dr Pepper and got the wrong drink even after we told the girl it wasn’t our drink and food was cold! Staff needs more training!

  This is the second time I've had an issue with this place getting my order wrong. Today I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to stop by again. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with no egg and add bacon and received it with cheese and two peices of bacon. On an almost 20 dollar order. I've seen people's comments and its a lot of the same issue. Food errors. While I understand this place is relatively new I can't help but let something like this ruin my morning especially at 7 weeks pregnant just wanting a breakfast sandwich.

  This place needs some help! Got a "Grinch meal" which is just chicken nuggets and fries with a packet of seasoning. I ordered on the mobile app came in typed in the table number and waited 15 mins then a lady said "I'll be right with you and disappeard for another 10 mins. Then she came back and tried to give me somebody else's food. I told her I just got the Grinch meal and she came right back with it. The fries were cold and soggy and the chicken nuggets weren't cooked all the way they were still a little doughy and pale. There were two cars in the Drive-Thru and I'm the only person in the lobby. During all this one more person came in an ordered an ice cream cone and I am not exaggerating when I say it took 15 minutes the guy literally had to start yelling to get some service at the end. I would say maybe they are short-handed or maybe they were busy but they were neither. They were just goofing around in the back. Also, as a side note, the parking lot is on one side of the building but it's the opposite side from where the doors and entrances are so you have to walk across the drive-thru traffic. The drive-thru itself is shaped terribly and has lots of steep corners and curbs. Also there is no Play place for the kids and there's no fountain drink machine in the lobby you have to give your drink to somebody for them to fill it up
