  The person taking my order gave up 1/3 of the way through, when I tried to finish ordering face to face at the window, they wandered off before I finished ordering. Going inside for help didn't work either, they still could not comprehend the concept of 3 burgers and 3 fries. I have never had an order made correctly here. If you must eat here, you are better off getting burgers delivered from a different location, at least they might get your food right.

  Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. The staff were incapable of correctly entering an order and became rude when we asked to correct it and they *still* kept repeating the wrong things. Ordering at the drive-thru, the employee walked away before we were done ordering, no response from the speaker. So we drove up to a window and told them we had more to order. We told them one more item and were about to order another item when they just blurted out a price. We still weren't done but decided to let that go as it was evident that this was going to be a mess. We got our drinks and the receipt and I saw on the receipt they had mixed up the toppings on two of the three burgers. So before getting our burgers we parked and went inside to correct the order. The lady got confused when I tried to explain the mix-up, so she got the manager (tall skinny guy with short dark hair) and he came over and we explained again. Then he said "so you want" and proceeded to repeat the exact same mistake. I showed him what the receipt said and said again that the toppings just needed to be switched. The first sandwich was correct. They finally made two burgers that seemed to be correct, but left out the third one. When we said we ordered three and showed them the receipt again, they got defensive. "You said the first one was correct." I realized the misunderstanding and explained that the first burger was correct *on the receipt*, that we only received our drinks before coming inside to correct the order. The manager was getting snippy. I repeated what the third sandwich was supposed to be, and he went to make it. When he came back with the third burger he said "If there's still a problem you can call tomorrow, I can't do any more." Rudely, as if it was unreasonable to ask for what we ordered, repeatedly but calmly, until they got it right. Just all around awful, and this is not the first time they have messed up our order. So not worth it, there's a Wendy's a block away, go there instead.

  I can see why the stars are low just close up shop and let Wendy’s run that corner! Save us the upset part of our day . They look at your ready to start problems even when yo come kind I hav a code didn’t work told them it didn’t work she said she can’t honor the code from the app my brother ten pits another code and she looks at us back like it’s our faults clearly it’s your sustem but not a manger wanted to honor it to the last with the sharp eye brows you don’t have to get defensive vibe and looks when I’m telling yo it doesn’t work kindly . Anyways off to Wendy’s I go then .
