I went through the drive-thru and ordered the McRib meal. When I arrived at the pickup window, I was told to pull forward and wait because they were “making it fresh.” I sat there waiting and waiting, and no one ever brought out my order.
I finally drove to the side door, went inside, and asked to have my order cancelled. The small Hispanic woman at the register ran to the kitchen to get my order, but again I told her I wanted it cancelled. While I was dealing with that, another employee — the person in the photo I took — was standing in the lobby and decided to mouth off to me for no reason. Completely unprofessional.
I have no idea why this location hires such rude, disrespectful employees. I will never return to this McDonald’s again. The way they treat customers is absolutely disgusting. I’ll gladly drive a little farther to the new McDonald’s on 5th & Sheridan where at least they know how to treat people with respect.

Orders wrong? Sure. The issue I have is their utter lack of care. We were just completely ignored by the team here after calling to report that one of our burgers had been given to us with a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT. We called to report it and they refused to take it seriously despite the safety concern this poses. They insisted it was a prank. It’s not. The hung up on him twice while he tried to explain. I don’t expect McDonalds to be a Michelin star experience, but I do expect basic care.

This young lady by the name of “Evelyn” was so rude and unprofessionally disrespectful today. Not only was service slow as in 40 min wait times her who attitude was nasty.

On October 29, 2025 went through drive thru and paid for my order with the woman who looks like a mix btwn Elvira and a chola from the 90s. She tried to steel my $5 dollars. I paid her 1st with a $20 and a $5, then told her i had the $1.89 and I gave it to her and asked for my $5 back. She denied she had my $5 bill all while I could see it under her drawer. I Did tell the day manager, not sure if it was really addressed and handled. So on that note...COUNT YOUR CHANGE SO YOU DONT GET ROBBED by the drive thru black haired 30 something woman.

Manager Chelsea needs to pay more attention to the customer's orders she fumbles and then explains or rather argue how she made the order while being told it isn't correct by the customer in front of her that placed the order. Advice: Don't argue with the customer when all they are saying is the order is wrong. McDonald's should look into training her better or replacing her with someone more capable of handling customers..... I think foremost blame goes to the district manager, then location main person who possibly doesn't care either. Customers are your source of income, they should be treated as such.
Just Avoid having Chelsea make your order... She doesn't quite understand how to read the order.
It's ridiculous that the DM and RM are too lazy to make sure a busy location like this has WAY more potential than they staff or train to be.
