i come through the drive-through and originally there was a man who greeted me and I told him to give me a second which he did. and then this Spanish-speaking lady named niadia took my order and i gave her my code SHE USED IT ON SOMEONE ELSES ORDER and completely disrespectful and i told her i couldnt give her my code again because she used it. and then the guy hops on again and he said oh okay one second and she came back on and DID NOTHING i was sitting there for 5-10 minutes waiting just for my order to be taken. she didnt even understand me and then asked me to pull up the window so i did. she asked for my code again but i told her she had used it and then she starts to argue with me and said “ do you even want to order or not” i said yes and gave her my order and she didnt even understand what i wanted and the blamed me for the line she had created. i try to tell her what my code was and she just goes on her phone and says “do you want it or not” and she continued to be so disrespectful. thankfully the worker after was very sweet and decided to give me her name and was apologetic towards the whole thing. i just wouldve never expected so much disrespect and to be ignored and honestly i would go any time if she wasnt there. no reason for disrespect or yelling at me.

We were handed someone else’s order at the drive through. When we called it to their attention they were put off and gave us a hard time about it. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

The employees are just trying to do their job, they do pick and choose who to serve quickly or forever slowly. Terrible drinks and food altogether package was well put together.

Normally this place gives me issues, But i think management has made a serious turn around i came here on 2-4-2026 at 815pm and recieved the best mcdonalds food i have ever ate in my life. Everything was hot and fresh and was worth every penny.
Last couple of times i have been to this location, The workers and the food have been on point.
I have also ordered ice cream several times in the past few months and they have had a working ice cream machine everytime
I dont know if im getting lucky with the ice cream, But its crazy i havent been denied my ice cream for a pretty significant time now
