  I get frustrated because they don't do a good job of remembering anything extra. Last time they just gave me mustard packets - not helpful when eating while driving. I don't understand why she couldn't have just put the mustard ON the unwich. This time, they left the pickles off of my daughter's sub. Everything else is fine. I go at night, so it's largely empty. It seems clean. The people are friendly (outside of building the sub properly).

  Jewel or Jewels is an amazing employee and goes above and beyond and deserves a raise! I made a delivery order and the delivery Uber driver stole my food and I called and complained. Jewel or Jewels the Jimmy John’s employee, apologized for someone taking my food and delivered my food to me herself! Incredible employee! Thank you Jewel or Jewels!

  Tried Jimmy John's for the first time today, I will not be coming back. Try the Charlies in Walmart or a Subway and thank me later. You entirely forgot to include one of my menu items I ordered separately for my sandwich and paid extra for, and rather than ask for the refund, I will leave you with this feedback. Have a great day

  Rude staff. No greeting, just a blank stare at the cash register.I think it was the manager who took my order and he was very unpleasant. Girl who made my sandwich wrapped it and then left to take a phone call instead of taking the extra 0.5 seconds to hand it to me first. Credit card kiosk forces a tip, so I paid $18 for a sandwich combo. Pretty insane
