  Tried Jimmy John's for the first time today, I will not be coming back. Try the Charlies in Walmart or a Subway and thank me later. You entirely forgot to include one of my menu items I ordered separately for my sandwich and paid extra for, and rather than ask for the refund, I will leave you with this feedback. Have a great day

  Rude staff. No greeting, just a blank stare at the cash register.I think it was the manager who took my order and he was very unpleasant. Girl who made my sandwich wrapped it and then left to take a phone call instead of taking the extra 0.5 seconds to hand it to me first. Credit card kiosk forces a tip, so I paid $18 for a sandwich combo. Pretty insane

  Wrap was good, the vegetables looked and tasted fresh, which is important. "Have a good one" is a terrible phrase that I don't want to hear ever again and I hear too often from customer service associates.

  Every time I get a sandwich from the store it's always fresh and made well and I'm just grateful that it's always free as long as you mentioned Drake's name it's a free sub anytime with any sub I truly appreciate Drake and all his staff accommodates his wishes with the treatment of all people who order from the establishment they are a great team with great leadership
