They have such a great staff that is very helpful, very fast, and very efficient. The manager, shift leads, and/or owner obviously knows their stuff because, WOW!

I got there and the lady at the tell said they got my call, but didnt place the order so I had to order again and wait. She was nice, but I was very frustrated as I had called to avoid that. Good bagel! I just probably wont go to that location again.
