No matter what, (long lines, rude people, crazy orders) the baristas and attendants working the drive through go out of their way to be so friendly and kind. I am often ordering multiple drinks (for my coworkers and myself) for our night shift and even at 8pm at night everyone is so sweet and even willing to go along with my crazy shenanigans like wanting inside jokes written on the cups. Alexis, Lilla and Angel go above and beyond even this and remember me each and every time. They laugh at my terrible jokes and make sure that I am doing good always. I dont review often but I fully believe everyone deserves a little positivity and since the workers there give so much the least i can do is sing their praises and thank them!

As someone who has been cut off before, I always appreciated how the staff would ask line cutters to move to the back. However, recently that policy has seems to have changed. I was recently cut off and when I informed the staff nothing was done. They were allowed to place their order and receive their drink ahead of myself and the several cars behind me. This kind of reaction only encourages people to continue to cut the line. This will no longer be my home location because the management has really gone down hill.

Don’t get me wrong, the workers are so very nice so it’s sad to give them 3 stars but the wait times are genuinely so frustrating. I placed a pick up order at 7:30 on the app for pick up at walk up, tell me why 5 other ppl who walked in after me and placed their order at walk up, got their drinks before me. I didn’t get my drink until 7:50 despite my pick up time being 7:35. My drinks always come out tasting good but unless I have 30 min to waste in the drive thru and 20 at walk up, I probably would not come to this dutch

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
