  Was here earlier and ordered 3 lemon donuts, got home to find out they were all cream filled. Usually a good spot though, will try to get money back or replacement donuts in the morning

  If your store hours say you close at 7pm there should be now reason the ovens are closed for cleaning at 6:30pm. Stop closing up early it's ridiculous.

  I am a religious Dunkin’ Donuts girly. And as excited as I was for this location to be opening since it’s directly on the way to my job I absolutely cannot come to this location. I’ve been here a few times and unfortunately every time I come there’s a problem!! The people are always so rude and throw attitudes for seriously everything. I asked for napkins and he basically threw them at me after giving me a blank stare and rolling his eyes right in my face. I ordered extra creamer in a coffee and didn’t get the creamer but got an immense amount of sugar all at the bottom so when I drank it it was gross and chunky. I can’t even tell you how many times a part of my sandwich or bagel was frozen still. And I always try to gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back but at this point I would 100% rather make the extra drive to the Belleview and Kipling location. Which BTW is 100% better and more welcoming. Please don’t judge Dunkin as whole off of this location! I urge you to try the Belleview location before making your final decision on the chain!!

  This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever. Do not visit. Multiple times we have visited they didn't have donuts, which is kind of the whole point of going there. It is poorly managed and impossible to get help inside, they take care of the drive-thru customers first before even acknowledging you. And when you can get a donut here they have the smallest amount of frosting on them. Spend your money anywhere else. This place is a joke. Will never go back.

  Update 11/30/25: They sent me an e-gift card for $25, which is 53% of the money they stole. Not good enough, Dunkin'. It's been six weeks and I've had to contact you *FOURTEEN TIMES*. I want the rest of my money. ---------- Still no food, still no refund, still no accountability. I placed a mobile order for $47.47 on October 19th and received nothing. The store claimed they “didn’t have my order,” even while it showed as paid in my app and on my bank statement. I followed all proper channels: submitted a help request the same day, emailed repeatedly, and even contacted corporate. After almost six weeks of being ignored by both the franchisee and Dunkin corporate, they finally told me they “sent” a $50 gift card to my email. That sounded promising, except I never received anything. I’ve sent two follow-up emails since, and shocker: no response from anyone. Again. At this point, Dunkin has: ✔ taken my money ✔ not given me any food ✔ not refunded me ✔ not provided the gift card they claimed they sent ✔ ignored every attempt to resolve the issue This isn’t a mistake anymore—it’s a pattern of refusing to fix one. If you value your money or your time, go literally anywhere else.
