    Went to pick up my order and it was well over 30 minutes late. The customer service was abysmal. No apologies or anything. I work in customer service and I would be fired if my boss saw me interact with a customer like that. We finally got our pizza and got home. Wrong order on both pizzas. Missing toppings and additional toppings we didn’t ask for. I usually want to say “things happen” but after the unpleasant girl at the front with zero customer services skills and then a completely wrong order that was 30 minutes late…I don’t know. I feel like the one star is deserved. Shop local. Time to stop giving my business to this company and especially this location.

    Ordered a double pepperoni, ham, and extra cheese. Of course got charged and paid for all of that. But received a ham only pizza 🤨. Like how on the tracker it says someone is checking the order, yeah right. Our pizza wasn't even close. So, nice to know I was charged for all the ingredients I never got.
