Up until about a year ago it was great - the service was friendly and the blizzards were delicious! I went last night with my family and we had brought a coupon with us from a recent mailer. The gal was very unfriendly who greeted us at the window and proceeded to tell us her scanner wasn’t working and I couldn’t use the coupon. There were several cars behind me and I didn’t want to hold up the line to work it out with a manager. Very disappointed in the service and quality recently.
