- MRMegan RowanDec 15, 20251.0What a tragic group of employees. I came in with a buy one get one free coupon that the employee couldn’t get to work, and he said sorry that’s not my problem. I asked him to get a manager to get it to work, he did and she was even more unhelpful. They both gave me extreme attitudes and said I could pay full price, after both spending about two minutes, trying to get to work themselves on my phone. They continue to repeat that that was not their problem, that was the app and corporates problem, which is the worst version of customer experience I’ve witnessed from a laziness and accountability standpoint in a while. I asked to get their names, and they insanely both refused!!! They literally pointed to the business cards that said the general manager’s names on them and said she wasn't in charge, even though she was the manager on duty. I asked another employee, her name was Stephanie. I highly recommend you do not keep Stephanie employed in any sort of role with responsibility at your establishment, as she clearly lacks accountability and a customer centric mindset. Good luck.
