    I just found a pubic hair in my food, and the manager tried to claim it was mine. Considering my hair is 40 centimeters long and pubic hair is about an inch and a half long... Good grief! What an awful experience! He didn't even try to resolve the situation; he just kept insisting the hair was mine! And he still charged us for my daughter's meal. The worst manager I've ever encountered, and I'm a chef myself. This is not the behavior you expect from someone in charge of a restaurant. I'm never going back to that filthy, awful place.

    Ordered 35 plus minutes ahead of time and even when showing up 10 minutes after promised time, the order still isn’t ready. They are never prepared for their specials and seemingly always disappoint. Food was cold, and even though we paid for 20 wings, only received 19..

    Food was over cooked, everything fried was hard, everything seemed very small portioned an minimal. Waitress spent more tine walking around then actually hitting her tables. For what we paid could have had a nice steak at texas roadhouse. Definitly would say not worth it

    I come in pretty frequently with my boyfriend and the service is typically not too great. I dont know if its due to a 'teens dont tip' kind of mentality, lack of communication or just poor training but the last three servers ive had abandoned our table for almost the entire time, never offered refils or even just spoken to us. The food is good enough to look over it, but it is entirely frustrating some times.
