  We were seated immediately upon arrival at 6:30ish even though it was busy. Our server Steven was a super friendly from the second we sat down. Service was beyond excellent! Our appetizer came out in less than 10 min and our entrees followed shortly afterwards. The all american burgers were 🔥. I was very satisfied with our visit compared to other BWWs I've been to. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be back to this location!

  I ordered some wings thinking my experience would be different but not. Wings were pre cooked and they added sauce to them. Luke warm and wing it self was bone dry not moist. Literally bone dry!!!!!!ure What a waste of 30.00 dollars never again will I go there or any Buffalo Wild Wings. If you’re going to sell wings for carry out make sure it’s the same way if dine in Dissatisfied customer AJv

  Food was ice cold, 75 degrees cold. I have a video of me taking the temp of 4 wings. I worked all day, this was my first meal of the day only to be told I can't get my money back I have to wait that was the last of my money and I can't even get me any food in the morning. I don't understand why you can't give it back as fast as you take it.

  Yesterday we went to watch the super bowl the waitress Emily kept rushing us to order just being really pushy about everything relaxing watching the game she told us that we needed to check out before we even have the food I told her that we are still ordering drinks she wanted to cash out cuz she was leaving that we had it to get another waitress it was so uncomfortable when she was staring at us she even had another table next to us them people told her you look mad as hell and we didn't even do nothing to this lady we were nice to her and everything the server that did take over Emma she was such a sweetie to us we truly appreciate her and her service. I think if Emily has 30 minutes in her shift she shouldn't take no more tables she was very rude pushy disrespectful overall the food was great the atmosphere was kicking we enjoyed ourselves after she removed herself

  If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This Belmar location and its manager Chris are completely worthless and provided the WORST service I've ever experienced in a long time. The text message authentication feature on THEIR app would was not working and was not sending me a text message with a code in order sign into the app and redeem my points. The staff member could see I have a ton of points available to use but said they don't have a work around to allow me to redeem my points without going through the app. I asked to speak to a manager named Chris and all he said is "call our office". When I attempted to do so the office was closed. I kindly asked the manager if there was any work around he could provide including a discount on our final bill - he said he is unable to do that? When I tried the "update phone number" option I got an error message. I find it comical that a manager does have the capability or willingness to rectify an issue that is clearly on their end. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings
