    Service staff is not friendly. I ordered a bagel with lox, bagel toasted, and when I got the bagel and complained it wasn’t toasted they said they don’t toast them. When I said but I ordered it toasted he reiterated that they don’t toast bagels for lox sandwiches! Ive been getting toasted lox sandwiches at Einsteins for years! I asked for another sandwich, toasted, and he was rude. Awful service. There are too many other Einstein locations to visit.

    I would have given it a five-star rating, but unfortunately, I visited at the stated opening time of 5:00 a.m. only to find it still closed, necessitating a search for an alternative early breakfast location to ensure timely arrival at work.

    Every time I come here the order is wrong. Not just a bit wrong but all of it. No sorry or anything from the staff. Go to the one of 6th and wadsworth. Way better. Sucks cuz this one at colfax and Indiana is 2 blocks away. But going to the other one off wads is worth the drive!
