- JSJimmy SodepoApr 20, 20261.0Came here on a Friday night. My favorite table that I always sit at was filthy and not clean whatsoever. I then asked one of the workers if they wouldn’t mind wiping down the table and they tossed me a towel and told me to do it myself. I was shocked as I had just put a couple bucks in the tip jar. I almost reached back in there to take it back and maybe even a few extra dollars and some change for having to wipe down my own table. However, the food, on the other hand, was quite delicious.

When I gave my name, she didn’t acknowledge me at all—just slid the bag over. When I asked for a side of vinaigrette, she ignored me again until I said “excuse me,” and then tossed it toward me. When I asked why she was being rude, she rolled her eyes and responded dismissively. On top of that, my food was poorly packaged—my tacos were broken and smashed in foil. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and it left me feeling disrespected.

The main advantage of this location is the cleanliness. Even with a good amount of students coming in during lunchtime, this location always seems squeaky clean and well-organized. The one downfall is that the food seems a bit saltier than other locations.

I've been to quite a few now and I really like the cleanliness store presentation and attentive staff at this particular location. I will be ordering from them again in the future and looking forward to the higher standard of quality that I've seen from this Chipotle.
