  It's fast food, but it taste like it is not. Chicken Filet has many locations, but I have found quality at each.

  I decided to eat my breakfast inside this morning. Across from me, there was a male employee from Chick-fil-A who looked like he was in his mid-to-late 30s. While I was eating my breakfast burrito, he turned his whole body and chair toward me and started making moaning noises and saying, “omg, damn,” and continued making more moaning noises while I was eating. He was also biting his lips and looking me up and down. I was very uncomfortable and called my son’s father to tell him what was going on while the employee was still there. I then got up and moved tables, and eventually decided to leave. I called to report it once I left, as I was too overwhelmed to get up and ask for a manager at the time. I was told that they would follow up with their team, but I felt the need to leave a review because I believe everyone should know the type of person they hired. I did not get his name; however, he was wearing his Chick-fil-A uniform, black Crocs with no holes, and an olive dark green fuzzy sweater/jacket that he put on when he got up. He also had facial hair.

  Used to be my go-to but now I have been having a lot of problems. Multiple times I have made an app order specific to my requests only to have to go back inside because it is wrong. Also, an employee in the drive thru spilled my drink all the way down the side of my car and still handed it to me unknowingly as she was turned and socially talking to another employee. A different employee noticed and offered me napkins to help me clean up the mess on the inside of my car. Lastly, with the “new system”’ they are having trouble apparently learning, when I say no to their question of if I want to add or change anything to my mobile order, they are accidentally adding things to it that you are then charged for without you knowing. This led to me holding up the line as I was told not to worry and I would get my money back without an answer of when and how. I demanded a proof of refund before I left. Check your receipts because the manager seemed not the least bit concerned that this had happened. She blamed it on the new system and not the employee who added things to my order without my permission or me knowing.
