  ordered online but received the wrong order when picked up because of mixed up in naming. emailed support but nothing was done to addressed this

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. I’ve been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for over 15 years and over five different states in the United States for the first time ever I will no longer ever spend my money here due to the kitchen manager at this location, absolutely rude, disrespectful, and unkind. There are several other locations in Colorado Denver area specific that outshine this specific location I recommend going to any other one than this one they truly need to go through a better and stricter customer service oriented training, but you can tell that the GM and the manager don’t care how any of the employees act or treat their patrons again I highly highly recommend you avoid this location at all cost. I have sent an email to the Assistant GM and still have not received a response. We are now about five days since that email was sent. I will now be sending an email to whatever email I can find for the corporate office but do not spend your money here.

  It’s like they are trying to be the worst restaurant on the planet. Front staff is non existent and when you see them they blatantly ignore you to go not do their jobs. Mind blowing how people could be so terrible at such an easy job it almost has to be intentional.

  The advertise to give you a deal online, but when you go to order it the store won't take your order. Every time I order the wings here there's not enough sauce on them. It's like they barely get drizzled with any. I just hate corporate Chains!

  I came back to this location for the 2nd time hoping they could get my order right seeing as they didn't after my first visit and low and behold, they screwed it all up again. I ordered 20 boneless wings with a large southwest ranch and got 20 bone in wings with a large regular ranch. Not even a big order, I'm wondering if they can read or not at this location. I'll drive the extra 6 minutes to the Arvada location moving forward where they actually get me what I order.
