  ordered a large iced caramel macchiato for 5$, and it did not appear how it does in the picture, and tasted like a caramel latte, not creamy like the iced macchiato does at other McDonald’s. They were speeding through cars in the drive thru which is appreciated, but at the expense of quality it seemed, which is disappointing when they are charging Starbucks like prices for the drinks.

  Eh estado en muchas tiendas de macdonald’s pero ninguna como está esto es lo Peor se demoraron más de 1 hora para darme mi pedido y me lo dieron a medias , la comida muy mala la carne de la hamburguesa súper seca , la salsa de la hamburguesa estaba muy mal no volveré a esta tienda es la peor

  If you are looking for friendly service, do not stop at the Lafayette McDonalds. The woman in the drive thru, taking orders was beyond rude. The woman at the second window, shoved my food into my hand and said “Here”. The food was just warm.

  Every time I am assigned a delivery here, the employees act like I am invisible and completely ignored me. They keep the orders behind the counter to get cold while I am standing at the counter for 20 minutes. You wonder why people get pissed off? I seriously hate delivering your food for you. You have messed with my pay so much. Simply handing over a bag of food is too much for you? I try to be as professional as possible but I need to yell or walk back into the kitchen in order to get any sort of acknowledgement!!! After literally 20 minutes of waiting at the counter with zero service, I finally see the order just sitting behind the counter for God knows how long. How inconsiderate and just straight ignorant can you be? Some of these people have been there for years and years and they still can't compitently interact with customers. Your store consistently sucks. One would think with after all those years of experience you wouldn't be so terrible at your job. Amazing
