When I arrived I was told it wasn’t ready & to come in and wait. 15 minutes later, I asked for an update and was told it would be another 15 minutes. At this point it was going to be too late to deliver to the intended people but they refused to give me a refund. I watched dozens of orders get picked some, some quite large, but was simply told there was nothing they could do about mine. It was a large order but everything except 6 sandwiches are premade (muffins, etc). I’ve ordered ahead for orders larger than this in the past without issues, but for whatever reason today was a total bust. Now I have a bunch of food for nurses that will be home in bed before I ever make it back to them.
