Best crew working tonight on January 9th. Shout out to the dude with the goatee and the dude with the earrings, speedy as a demon and gave best service I've ever recieved. Compliments- give these guys a raise ASAP!!!!!

I love Chipotle but this location cannot seem to figure out how to make a to go order. You pay all this extra money for guacamole and queso and than they never actually add it to your order. This is the 3rd time this has happened now and it's ridiculous. It seems easy enough to read a to go order but apparently not. This last time they also forgot the mixed veggies and lettuce.... insane.

Employee with dark hair in pony tail intentionally took as long as possible for an order. He then had the audacity to say after waiting 10+ minutes that he shouldn't even do the job of putting together the order and that I'm lucky cause I'd have had to wait even longer. He slowly put on his gloves and then pulled them off rang people up while the order was just waiting to be put into a bag. Then he missed the drink on the order and had I not looked the customer would have been without their drink. This place is a disgrace, never have I received such poor customer service. The front also had a puddle next to the trash can that was there when I visited at noon and still there at past 3pm.

Don’t ever order from this place on door dash. I gave them three chances unfortunately, and every time they displayed a huge lack of consideration for the customer and possibly may not be able to read.
First time I had asked for double protein on a bowl and both times they failed to do so. When you go into a location they always do a good job so i figured I’d give it another try.
Tonight I ordered the same thing, but in a burrito. This time there was literally rice, sour cream , pico and lettuce in it. Not a single piece of chicken was even in the burrito.
Hahahhahahaha I couldn’t help but laugh. They can listen, just can’t read.

This Chipotle is amazing! The staff is always so kind and friendly, and they recently hosted a fundraiser for our school, Alicia Sanchez Elementary. A big group of us (with lots of kids!) showed up all at once, and they handled everything with so much patience and genuine smiles. We felt truly welcomed and supported. Thank you for being such great partners to our community!
