Went back to complain "same day" and ask for concession or refund on the missed food. Nothing but a run around from the manager and lame excuses. They were kind but, would not agree to any fund. Our party meal was just short of $700 ! Use a different Chipotle - there are other better ones out there.

Ehen trying to request a refund through the app, was told there was no evidence that their system was down. So the workers here are either liars, thieves, or both, seeing as she never got her food and we still paid for it. Ridiculous customer service for a medical worker on their lunch break. Would not give them your money, it's not even guaranteed you'll even get any food.
