Today I attempted to redeem a coupon I was sent in the mail as a result and the store manager gave multiple BS excuses to not accept the coupon. "It was expired" it in fact is not and nowhere on the coupon is a stated expiration or valid until date. "Good for one sandwich or wrap" it says on the coupon, well the manager says "we don't even sell wraps here". Cool, but I ordered a sandwich so why is that relevant. If Arby's values their customers and want to stay in business, it's time to clean house at this location. One bad experience after another should not be allowed to continue.
