The meat is always very good and packaged nicely. I also must point out that the price points are excellent compared to other BBQ catering. They always do a great job of helping plan timing/cooking/pickup. I wanted to take a moment to thank Lisa, who was a huge help for my mother's funeral back in July. She passed suddenly with no warning, and we were quickly planning a funeral for 300+ people. It was chaotic to say the least, and through all my phone calls and back and forth, she was incredibly kind and patient. I'm sure we weren't easy to deal with, so I wanted to take a moment and say thank you! I'm sure we'll be back for other events in the future.

- TKTim KelleySep 10, 20251.0I purchased a 75 lb roasting pig and rented one of the large roasters ($300) for a pig roast this past Saturday. The pig was clean and in great shape. However, I was not impressed with the roaster. The burner is only on one end of roaster rather than running the entire length of roaster. As such, the roaster didn't provide uniform heating. In addition, the temperature gauge on the roaster I rented was faulty, indicating a much higher temperature reading than the actual temperature. It took quite a while to realize this issue, which resulted in a 3 hour delay in finishing the pig and losing some of our party guests before the pig came off the roaster. I mentioned the roaster issue to Dustin when I returned the roaster, and he acknowledged the temperature gauge was faulty. His attitude was "that's too bad". I would have expected that he would have offered some type of compensation for the faulty equipment, rather than a dismissive attitude. This was disappointing customer service from my perspective. Thus, the 1 star rating.
